- The position is responsible for dealer / customer acquisition and for meeting the revenue growth target of the organization.
- To execute sales action plan as per given sales target focusing on brand and product SKU portfolio
- To maintain and to increase business growth throughout routes and to expand or to cover the gap or untapped area creating new dealers.
- To provide after-sales services to the dealers and to visit construction sites or fields to pursue final users
- To report daily to the reporting supervisor and to the organization on everyday activities and sales performance as well as other relevant KPIs.
- To collect competitors' info on timely basis and to share to the reporting supervisor and to the organization.
- To collect info on the ongoing construction fields and to share it to the organization to the supervisor and to the nearby dealer on regular basis.
- To forecast the sales periodically to the supervisor and to the organization.
- To ensure marketing activities executed properly as per the instructions of the organization.
- To build and maintain relationship to the secondary stakeholders (Building/Construction owners, DPDC/REB/DESCO/Project engineers, Electricians etc.)
- Graduate in any discipline (relaxed for much experienced)
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants must have experience in retail sales at least 3-5 years preferably in lighting and electric sector
- Good at verbal and analytical abilities.
- Able to learn, unlearn and relearn quickly
- Good at teamwork
- Positive attitude to take challenges and smart enough to overcome obstacles to fulfill the objectives.
- Love to travel extensively and to meet people.
